The Leading Committee has honor to invite you to participate in the general assembly of the section Ping-pong that will take place Friday June 2007 15 to 19h00 in the room of the SATEM, situated avenue Anatole France 06340 THE TRINITE.

In the hypothesis where the quorum would not be reached, a second general assembly is convened for the same day to 19h30, the decisions will be taken to the majority of the present members.

The Leading Committee reminds you that your presence is indispensable, because it concerns the life of your club, and pray you to learn about the agenda of this General Assembly:

- Account Returned State of mind

- Account Made Sporty

- Tariffs of the licenses

- Election of the representatives to the general assemblies of the CDAM and the league

- Answers to the written questions.

The written questions should be sent to the secretary of the club, Pierre Risso before the 31/05/2007 .Si for any reason, you cannot attend this general assembly, please give a proxy to one of the bachelors of your choice.
